This project was constructed on the site of an existing 94,000 SF warehouse building and is used as a customer call center.  To earn a LEED^® Platinum certification, 20/10 Engineering’s staff designed the following sustainable features into the building:

• A highly efficient heat pump heating/cooling system provides comfort to the occupants;
• The rainwater from the adjacent existing warehouse is captured and stored in two above ground cisterns in the warehouse and used for flushing toilets and urinals in the call center building;
• A daylight harvesting system is utilized to dim the lights and save electrical energy when daylight is available.
